Bed and Breakfast. It’s in the name. A great night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast to start every day of your holiday the right way.
Our menu is inspired by local ingredients and prepared from local organic products from Darts Farm, Kenniford Farm, Greendale Farm and Exe Valley Farm.
Every breakfast is cooked to order. Choose from our range of specialities and then take a stroll in the garden or catch up with the latest headlines in our selection of newspapers, whilst we prepare a heavenly breakfast made from Devon’s finest ingredients including homemade jams and marmalades.

Filter Coffee, Tea, Green Tea, Hot Chocolate, Orange juice and filtered water are available
Buffet:
A selection of pastries, fresh fruit, granola, cereals, yoghurts can be found
Full English:
Bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, toast – White or seeded
Vegetarian Breakfast:
Veggie sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, toast
Vegan Breakfast:
Vegan sausage, hash brown, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, toast
Eggs: – Poached, Fried or Scrambled on toast

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 07.30 – 09:00am.

Nearby pubs and restaurants offer excellent home-cooked lunch and evening meals which are within easy walking distance from TLC Exmouth Bed and Breakfast to Exmouth Town Centre or in the surrounding villages of Lympstone, Exton, Woodbury. Even within Exeter City centre.
